Antifoamer

Product: Antifoam WT

Method: Defoamer

Description: An easily dispersed silicone emulsion designed to control foaming in industrial and commercial cooling water systems, air washers and wastewater treatment systems. It disperses itself throughout the liquid film that makes up the foam. The silicone creates a weakness in the wall of the foam bubble which causes it to collapse.

Usage:

Concentration 0.10%

Method: Bottle coating by spraying

Description: Biodegradable nontoxic coating used in improving the sheen and scratch resistance of recovered and new glass bottle containers.

Bottle Washing Additive

Product: Adkleen (L)

Method:Additive to caustic soda solutions

Description: Highly concentrated liquid cleaning intensifier used in combination with sodium hydroxide. It contains high grade chelates and active cleaning agents that bring about the saponification of oily soils and dirt.

Usage:

Product: Rinse Aid

Method: Additive for bottle washers

Description: Concentrated liquid that improves bottle rinsing efficacy to carry out water hardness, caustic carry over components and other mineral deposits during washing operations. It also provides excellent cleaning properties with antiscaling, antifoam and rinse aid action for hard-to-clean organic deposits.

Usage:

Concentration 0.0023 – 0.0025%

Cleaning-in-Place

Method: Scale remover for CIP- processes

Description: High performance acid cleaning agent for pasteurizers, centrifuge plates and stainless steel tanks.

Method: Low pressure foam cleaning and sanitation

Description: It is an alkaline cleaner with active chlorine that breaks down and cleans protein, greasy and fatty oils. It also contains disinfectant to kill most types of microorganisms in one step.  It produces thick, stable foam  which clings to surfaces providing effective cleaning action.

Usage: Concentration  3.0 – 5.0%

Method: Sanitation by circulation

Description: Non-foaming stabilized peracetic acid solution (5%). Completely free rinsing acid sanitizer
